Get started

Context is a desktop app for finding and reusing conversations stored by AI Agent tools on your computer.

What you need

Section titled “What you need”
  • A supported macOS, Windows, or Linux computer with at least one supported AI Agent installed.
  • Existing local conversations from Codex CLI or AntiGravity.
  • Read access to the folders where those tools store their sessions.

First run

Section titled “First run”
  1. Open Context.
  2. Review the sources that Context discovered on your computer.
  3. Select the sources you want to scan.
  4. Start the scan and keep the app open until it finishes.
  5. Open Search and try a word or phrase from an earlier conversation.

Context updates its local index incrementally. Later scans process changed conversations instead of rebuilding everything from scratch.
